We will meet at your own place of work or at an alternative suitable location in order to discuss the potential benefits for you and for your company. Delivering Results People are the heart and soul of every organisation, the key to business success and your company’s greatest asset. Success is accomplished through individuals, equipped with the right skills, performing effectively and efficiently. Every exercise and workshop unit of every LMI® Program builds on the last to increase leadership skills at every level, therefore achieving continually improved results as the course progresses. How we guarantee measurable results With more than 40 years of offering training and development, you would expect the content of courses to be powerful – but that’s insufficient. It is not enough to just know something: our courses are designed to ensure that people learn, remember, act and take action after they return. We achieve this by using several unique systems which allow us to guarantee the results of our training. Multi-Sensory Impact People learn and remember in different ways. An LMI® program is designed to utilise three of the five basic senses: sight, sound and touch. It makes use of the visual sense through a combination of printed text and hearing through the recorded voice. The third sense of touch is used through writing as the participant responds to the various actions by associated steps suggested in each lesson. Personal One on One and Group Coaching Whether individually or in groups, each participant will be coached through the program by an experienced LM®B facilitator. It is always our goal to ensure their success and this personal approach means that individual concerns can be addressed and the right speed of learning can be followed. The all LMI®’s programs are designed for self-study, too. Spaced Repetition, this is what makes LMI® different Do you remember how you learned to ride a bicycle or drive a car? No one can simply take control immediately, we all have to practice and gradually improve our method until the process becomes natural and we no longer have to think about how we execute the task. By utilising these same techniques daily, program participants will better absorb the information from each lesson. Ideas that did not seem particularly applicable the first time they are heard can then become the exact information required to deliver within a particular situation. Convenience LMI® programs have been designed to allow busy executives to absorb and put the program content into practice immediately, without conflicting with organisational responsibilities. We are all short of time, but these programs allow you to make the most of what you have. Program Content All LMI® programs use methodology and knowledge that has been developed and researched over the last 40 years. Their content and the order in which the material is presented and facilitated can, and does, ensure all participants finish the course on a positive level of expectancy. |
